Shipping and Turn Around

Turnaround time for all items is 2-3 business days (Monday- Friday except major US holidays) from the date of purchase to the day the item is shipped. This doesn’t include actual shipping time. Custom orders may take longer to complete. If you need an item by a certain date, please email me prior to purchase at Dlarsonglass@gmail.com to see if I can make that deadline.

Shipping

Products ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Items ship from New York and shipping is added separately to the price of the items.  Currently, we only ship to U.S. destinations.

A package is not considered "lost" until 21 business days after the date shipped. After this time period, If notified I will contact the post office to help find it. I will not replace an item prior to this time period. Once an item is marked as shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS and I cannot control when it is delivered. Once an item is marked as delivered, I am not responsible if it is not at your address. If an item is marked delivered and you didn't receive it, please contact your local post office for the GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered. If you suspect theft, contact your local police department.

Exchanges and Returns

We trust you'll adore your purchases even more when you see them in person. If the need arises, returns are accepted. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and in new, pristine condition within 10 days from the delivery date (according to USPS delivery confirmation). You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Kindly email dlarsonglass@gmail.com to coordinate a return. Note that the buyer covers the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item(s), you will promptly receive an email notification and a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost. An automated email will inform you when your refund has been processed. Please remember, the original packaging must be returned in order to receive your refund. 

Damaged Items

We meticulously package our glass designs for shipping. If, by rare chance, an item arrives damaged, kindly inform me within 7 days of delivery. Please email photos of the damaged item and packaging to dlarsonglass@gmail.com. I will assist you in obtaining a replacement and ensure your satisfaction with the resolution.
